We'll cover the fundamentals: how to balance, roll, fall safely, and actually STOP with confidence, all in a small, encouraging group where everyone's figuring it out together 🤍
Two ways to join: drop in for a single class whenever it works for you, or commit to the 3-week cohort to build your skills week over week (and really watch yourself level up).
