Join us for our Run Talk Run Worsley sessions every Tuesday at 7pm. We will be meeting at 6.50pm at the Standfield Centre precinct in Boothstown on the grassy area, for a 7pm start.
As the evenings are now darker, please consider wearing hi-vis clothing and a running light if you have one. We will be planning our routes accordingly.
Run Talk Run is a free weekly 5km gentle jog where people can talk to others. There are no coaches, counsellors or anyone offering advice; it is just a safe space for people to support each other, to get outdoors and to exercise. There are no PBs involved, no timings and no pressure, it is a place for all paces and head spaces.
There is a small car park to the rear of the shops but please plan your journey accordingly. Please be advised that there are no toilet or locker facilities available.
