OCTOBER SOCIAL RUN - FRIMLEY

Run Length: A spookyyyyyy (daytime) 5km - 10km, depending on what the group would like on the day. Please DM before with any requests.
Pace: Easy, chatty pace, with walk breaks especially for any inclines, or hill reps if you're feeling spicy! Noone will be left behind!
We will start after parkrun, and go out into Mytchett Woods, which includes a few hills, views across the ranges, and then back along the Basingstoke canal. Halloween costumes optional!
We will end back at the café where there are hot and cold drinks, food and ice cream if it's unseasonably warm. Unless there has been heavy rain, road shoes should be fine. There is loads of free parking at Frimley Lodge park. Why not join for the parkrun there first to add a 5k before?
