Vegan Halloween 🎃 x our 3rd Anniversary = hearts beating for animals, for each other, and, on this particular Saturday, for the most spooky, fun, plant-based night of the year
→ Three years ago we were a few women around a table. Today we're 350+, running everything from intimate community dinners to cake parties that went properly viral
This one is the birthday party - and we're taking over Bar Karma for it. Come as you are, come in costume, come hungry. Grab your spot below before it's gone
WHAT'S INCLUDED
🎃 A welcome drink - soda, beer or wine
🥙 One Karma Kebab Classic pita
🍟 Sharing snacks
🧁 Halloween cupcakes to mark our 3rd birthday, served later in the evening
👻 Music, a proper Halloween atmosphere, and a room full of new vegan friends

THE COSTUMES
Ain't no blood on this Halloween. Keep it spooky, keep it fun, keep it vegan 🖤
Ideas if handy: a vegan witch, tofu that never screams, full-on green, your favourite animal, or a famous vegan. We know you'll be more creative than us. And if you're drawing a blank - come as you are, we love you like that anyway <3

WHO'S COMING
Coming alone? Perfect, that's how most people arrive. Bringing someone? Also perfect - book for two, three, five. This one runs on BYOB/F - bring your own boy/friend energy, so guests are members plus their friends, girlfriends and boyfriends
THE PRICE, HONESTLY
Members - €25
€20 goes straight to Bar Karma for your welcome drink, pita and sharing snacks
€4 for the Halloween cupcakes, to make the night sweeter
€1 towards organisational costs like decorations
Guests (non-members) - €29
The extra €4 helps us cover the DJ and/or photographer
On top of that there's the Heylo platform fee + Stripe payment processing fee, €1.24 this time, so we can keep using this platform
HEARTBEET RUNS ON FRIENDSHIP, NOT PROFIT
We don't charge for events or membership. Everything here is built by Kasia, Natalie and other volunteers who believe vegan can be social, joyful and community-first
If you're able to, voluntary donations are welcome - and this time we could genuinely use a little extra for the DJ! Psst.. minimum donation of €3 is set up by Heylo, not us
Wanna come but can't afford the price? DM Kasia for volunteering opportunities
We're looking for members with creative skills - photographers, reel makers, tarot readers, make-up artists, decorators. If that's you, DM Kasia

Need to cancel? No problem up to 10 days before the event. After that, we'll try to fill your spot from the waiting list (if any), but we can't promise it, and if it stays empty we can't refund. Life happens, just let us know as early as you can
And please tell us about any food allergies or intolerances when you sign up - everything is vegan, but that doesn't cover nuts, gluten or anything else we should know about
