Welcome to Primetime Women 💜
Clarity & Connection for Women Reclaiming Midlife.

If you’ve been craving more calm in your head and more warmth in your world, you’re in the right place.

Welcome! I'm really glad you found your way here. 🫶

So, what actually happens at these gatherings? We just… get together. Lovely venues, good conversation, women who actually listen properly. That's it.

Just a room, a restaurant, usually - we do love a nice lunch, full of women in midlife who fancied getting out of the house and meeting some new people.

Real friendships have come out of these circles, which delights me every time.

Anyway. Come along, see how it feels. First one's always a bit "ooh, I don't know anyone" and then you sit down and it's fine. More than fine, actually.

So glad you're here. 💜
