We’re Inside Out Run Club — a Long Island–based running community powered by Inside Out Impact Inc. 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️ Every Sunday we get outside for runs and walks at any pace, plus special events (from 5Ks to game night). Our mission is simple: bring people together through movement, build connection, and create free or affordable community programming that centers wellness, joy, and impact. ✨

As a nonprofit (Inside Out Impact Inc., 501(c)(3)), we run events, fundraisers, and community initiatives across Long Island — think Sunday Runday meetups, group trips to races, and social events. Come as you are — any pace, all welcome. 💛🖤

Waiver

Our Heylo community is free for everyone. Community Supporter is an optional way to help fund our events, programs, and outreach. This is not an official Inside Out Run Club membership. Steady Pace and Impact Members are also welcome to become Community Supporters. To become an official member, visit InsideOutRunClub.org

The Community Supporter program is not an Inside Out Run Club membership. It is an optional monthly contribution for individuals who want to support the mission of Inside Out Run Club and Inside Out Impact Inc.

Our Heylo community will always remain free and open to everyone. Steady Pace and Impact Members are also welcome to become Community Supporters to further invest in our mission and help expand our impact.

Your $7 monthly contribution helps fund community programming, wellness initiatives, and outreach efforts while supporting the continued growth of our organization.

Inside Out Run Club (IORC) is more than just miles. We are about community, wellness, and impact. Based on Long Island, we bring together runners, walkers, and fitness lovers of all paces who want to move their bodies, connect with others, and grow stronger inside and out.

Whether you are training for your first 5K, chasing a marathon PR, or looking for accountability partners to get moving, you will find your place here. Our runs include boardwalk strolls, track workouts, scenic park routes, and community events with something for every pace and level.

We also host themed meetups, wellness events, and social gatherings because running is only part of the journey. Powered by Inside Out Impact Inc. (501c3 nonprofit), our mission is to promote physical health, mental wellness, and community building through movement.
