Come and join Emancipated Run Crew as we joined forces with Croydon BME Forum to move Croydon with a weekly walk and talk session.
This week we are planning to have a group picnic at the park to mark the end of the season. We are planning to resume the sessions in September. With regards to the picnic - please indicate if you are coming so we can ensure we have enough food.
The aim is simple: walk at a pace you can walk and talk and mix and mingle with the people in the group engaging in conversation of whatever is on your mind. Packed in one event are so many benefits to emotional, mental and physical health!
