As part of CofC Unplugged Week, Sept 28 - Oct 2, the Intentionality club will host improv professionals Jenny and Jennifer at the Center for Intentionality. Unplug Week encourages intentional moments where technology takes a step back so people can reconnect with each other.
Great communication starts with being fully present. Improv helps us connect with others by stepping out of our own inner monologue so we can listen more closely and respond in the moment. With support from two incredible professionals, we'll use simple improv exercises to experience how presence, openness and humor can strengthen our relationships.
No previous experience is required. Just show up with a willingness to put down your phone and be slightly uncomfortable so you can connect and have fun with some other amazing people.
