About
Ready for one of the most iconic adventures in the San Gabriel Mountains?
Join us on Sunday, September 27 at 8:00 AM as we take on the Bridge to Nowhere via East Fork Trail — a scenic, adventurous hike following the San Gabriel River through canyons, multiple water crossings, and eventually to the legendary Bridge to Nowhere.
📍 East Fork Trail / Sheep Mountain Wilderness 🥾 9.7 miles ⛰️ 1,240 ft elevation gain ⏱️ 4–5 hours 🔥 Difficulty: Moderate ↔️ Out & back
🌊 Important: This trail has multiple river crossings, so expect your shoes and socks to get wet! Wear hiking shoes/boots with good traction that you don’t mind soaking.
🚗 Parking: An Adventure Pass is required for parking. Please plan ahead and arrive early — weekend parking can fill up.
💧 Bring plenty of water, electrolytes, snacks, sunscreen, and sun protection. Cell service can also be limited, so downloading the trail map beforehand is highly recommended.
And after earning those miles… 🌮🔥
We’ll head to Pepe’s Tacos afterward for a well-deserved post-hike meal and some time to hang out with the group.
This is going to be one of our bigger adventure hikes, so come prepared, bring a friend, and get ready for an awesome day in the mountains!
Hike. Explore. Eat tacos. Make new friends. 🙌
See you September 27! 🥾🌉🌮 @YoProHikes
