This space is for plus size runners, curvy girls, beginners, back-of-the-pack baddies, and women running at THEIR pace, not anyone else’s. All bodies are welcome. All paces are respected. And confidence is built one sweaty mile at a time.

Movement is a privilege, not a punishment. We run for joy, discipline, confidence, and community. No gatekeeping. No body shaming. No pace policing.
