It’s been a while since we’ve had a Sunday run & coffee / cake stop, and perfect mix of good cake and pretty river trails 🧚🏼♀️
Sunday 10(ish)k loop - mix of trails and road, chilled chatty pace with those wanting to go faster / add a little extra doing loop backs.
Meet at 9am in the car park ready to run @ 9:05am (anyone running late just let us know)!
Dogs on leads are welcome but won’t be able to come into the cafe area sadly 😢 and very little shade in the car park.
