New to skating? Slow Flow is Vibe Ride built specifically to make getting started easier. 🛹🛼🌅
Join us in Santa Monica for a free beginner-friendly skate meetup for new skateboarders, longboarders, roller skaters, inline skaters, and anyone who wants a slower, more relaxed group ride.
We start with a free beginner skate workshop, then head out together on a shorter, easier route at a deliberately chill pace. No pressure to keep up. No rider gets left behind.
Already comfortable on wheels? You're welcome too. Slow Flow is also for anyone who wants a more relaxed cruise, wants to practice the basics, or wants to bring that friend who's been saying, “I've kinda wanted to try skating…”
Never skated with us before? Come solo. Seriously. This is probably the best Vibe Ride to start with.
The entire event is FREE, and we have a limited number of longboards and skateboards available to borrow.

👤 WHO CAN JOIN?
All wheels are welcome: longboards, skateboards, roller skates, inline skates / Rollerblades, scooters, bikes, and beyond.
You don't need to be “good enough” to join. If you can move and stop safely on your wheels, we'll help with the rest.
🛹 NEED TO BORROW A LONGBOARD OR SKATEBOARD?
Mention it when you RSVP or message the event chat to reserve one. Boards are limited, so please claim one ahead of time and arrive by 6:00pm for the beginner workshop.

$2–7 to park in Lot 4S.
Free street parking is available after 6pm on the street above the lot near 2030 Ocean Ave.
