A few months ago, we had a conversation about Hidden Spaces: The Assumptions We Carry. Afterward, a group of men came up to me and said, “There are some things we want to get off our chest.”

LET’S TALK ABOUT IT: WHAT WE CARRY
An honest conversation about Black men, masculinity, love, life, and purpose.
For this conversation, we’re bringing together an all-male panel of Black men from different generations, backgrounds, relationships, and life experiences to talk about the things we don’t always say out loud.
We’re talking about:
❤️ Love, heartbreak & starting over
🧠 Mental & emotional health
💪🏾 Masculinity & the pressure to be strong
💼 Purpose, success & self-worth
👨🏾👧🏾👦🏾 Fatherhood & family
🤝🏾 Friendship, relationships & support
🩺 Men’s health & wellness
🗣️ The things Black men carry silently
And yes, we’re going there—including the experiences that can shape intimacy, trust, sex, and relationships later in life.
This isn’t about speaking for all Black men.
It’s about creating space for Black men to speak for themselves.
