8:45 AM: Welcome, Safety Briefing & Group Meet-Up
9:00 AM: Volunteer Groups Depart
9:00–10:30 AM: Mountain Clean-Up
10:30–11:30 AM: Waste Sorting & Data Collection
11:30 AM: Sorting Tables Close
11:30 AM–12:30 PM: Awards, Volunteer Recognition, Lunch Available for Purchase & Live Music
12:00–2:00 PM: Complimentary Scenic Chairlift Rides on Alpenglow
12:00–3:00 PM: Fall Fest featuring live music by Bourbon Brass Band on the West Wing Deck, food and beverages, Community Partner Village, lawn games, and family activities
