The Jonathan Pon Memorial Ride, organized by Positive Pedalers (
www.pospeds.org
), brings cyclists together for two days of riding, community, and remembrance of the history of the AIDS crisis and how we can create community for people living with HIV and their allies today.This year’s ride takes place October 10–11 and covers approximately 180 miles through North California starting in San Francisco and taking riders to the very queer-friendly Guerneville to stay overnight.
For Seattle and San Diego cyclists who have participated in AIDS/LifeCycle, Cycle to Zero, or other AIDS rides, this is a great opportunity to keep connected with the broader cycling community that has helped make these events so special.
📌 What: 180 mi ride from Sausalito to Guerneville riding along the Russian River.
📅 When: October 10-11, 2026
🚴 Length: 180 Miles (two days), rolling hills and a couple steep climbs.
💰 Registration fee: $195 per cyclist.
NO fundraising required.
