Join the Flyers for a summer social run ending at David’s Protein Scoop Shop., where they’ll host us from 5:00–6:00 PM. All attendees will receive a free scoop with their choice of homemade toppings. Come run, connect with your fellow Flyers, and enjoy the perfect post run treat!
🏃 Run Options (via Hudson Gateway)

Columbus Circle Route, ≈ 3 miles
We leave at 5:00 PM sharp so we don’t miss our ice cream window. Arrival ~5:30-5:40PM.

23rd Street Route, ≈ 2 miles
Meet 5:10- 5:15PM. Arrival ~5:30-5:40PM.

Taking a break from running or wanna do your own route, no problem! Meet us at David’s anytime between 5:00PM - 6:00PM.
🍺 Post‑Run
After our protein ice cream, we’ll grab a beer to round out the macros.
