You know you’re gonna be planted in front of a 100” TV for the finals , so lets get some trails in first! ⚽️
We’ll take in about 6 miles of easy Bridle Path, grass and North Woods in Central Park. Followed by the obligatory ☕️ 🥐 treats! Don’t forget, summer hours—we head out at 8:30 sharp!

No bag drop; be ready to run with what ya got.

Runners should be comfortable with 10:30 minimum pace.

No need for trail shoes, we won’t get too technical, but wear if ya got em!

The Park has many water stops, but bring hydration if it’s an extra hot or humid day

We run rain or shine (within reason)
