Join us for a day by the sea at Avon Beach, a lovely sandy spot near Christchurch. Come early, stay as long as you like.
The plan: Arrive from mid-morning, settle in, and we can grab lunch on the beach together. No fixed end time, so head off whenever suits you.
Suggestions for what to bring: Beach mat or blanket, sunscreen, a brolly or parasol for shade, snacks, and any games - frisbee, cards, whatever you fancy.
Parking: The main beach car park (BH23 4AN) is small and fills fast, so aim to arrive before 11am. If it's full, head to Avon Run Road (BH23 4DU) or Mudeford Quay (BH23 4AB), both a short walk away.
Pay by cash or RingGo/JustPark.
New to the group? You're very welcome! Just look for us and say hello. A beach day is one of the easiest ways to meet everyone. I'll be keeping an eye on the event chat for the first hour or so.
