Join us for a fun Labor Day weekend getaway to San Diego with the YoPro crew. This will be the perfect mix of a weekend escape, good people, a challenging and iconic hike, and time to relax and enjoy the long weekend together.
We’ll all head to San Diego on Saturday, settle into an amazing Airbnb, and kick off the weekend with a fun group vibe. On Sunday morning, we’ll take on the famous Potato Chip Rock and Mt. Woodson Summit hike — one of the most iconic hikes in Southern California, known for its insane views, rewarding climb, and of course the classic Potato Chip Rock photo at the top.
This is a 7.2-mile out-and-back hike with 2,125 ft of elevation gain, and it usually takes around 4–5 hours. It’s rated hard, so come prepared for a real workout. The trail is steep, exposed, and challenging, but absolutely worth it.
After the hike, we’ll have the rest of Sunday to relax, explore, grab food, hang out, or enjoy more of San Diego together. Then we’ll check out and head back on Monday morning.
