Runners will start on Edgecombe Avenue at West 136th Street and will proceed north until they take a left on West 139th Street.
Runners will then take a right onto St. Nicholas Avenue, proceeding north until West 155th Street, where they will make a U-turn heading south on St. Nicholas Avenue. Runners will take a right on West 141st Street uphill and a left on Convent Avenue heading south through City College.
From there, runners will take a left on West 135th Street, a right down St. Nicholas Terrace and a left onto West 127th Street. The final stretch will have the runners taking a left turn back onto St. Nicholas Avenue, proceeding north to the finish line at West 138th Street.
