If you're on the waitlist and your plans change it's your responsibility to cancel your reservation or you may end up on the attend list. You're considered a "no-show" if you’re on the attend list and you don't cancel and don't show up to the event. Members with 3 no-shows will be removed from the group.
Hike may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled in case of excessive heat, rain, smoke/AQI, illness, zombie apocalypse etc... Check your email the night before the event for any possible changes.
