Join us for the kickoff of New Haven Road Runners’ Beginner 5K Program! This 12-week program is designed for anyone looking to build consistency, improve their fitness, and train for the New Haven 5K on Labor Day Weekend.
At our kickoff, you’ll have the opportunity to meet fellow participants, learn about the program, ask questions, and complete the first workout together.
Can’t make the kickoff? No problem! Participants can still join the program and complete the training plan on their own schedule. Sunday’s event is simply an opportunity to connect with the group, learn more about the program, and get started together.
