The winter grind is over and the sun is out - the SUMMER OF SPEED is officially here. Guided by Coach Benny P, we'll be working on a 4-month block with bi-weekly coached sessions where we'll look at improving your 5K time with a timed event at the end to see how much you've progressed!
Whether youβre looking to smash a PB or youβve never stepped foot on a track before, this is where we level up. Expect high-intensity intervals, explosive energy, and our classic Midnight Runners community vibes under the stadium lights π«

πͺ SESSION STRUCTURE
We'll first start with a warm up jog, followed by some drills, stretches and community fun! The programme is structured so you can always adjust the number of reps as needed.
Week 7: 2 x (800, 3 x 400m) - (3 mins between sets, 90 secs after 800, 60 secs after 400)

Run your own pace or find a new friend to push yourself based on the program provided! Every pace has its place and we encourage everyone to support all runners wherever they are on the track.
π BAG DROP
We'll leave our bags on the track side in a centralised area.
ποΈ ENTRY FEE
There is a Β£6 entry fee for the track which you can pay by card.
