Come on out for a Friday evening of delicious cocktails at StilL 630! See later in the event description about the distillery event details. After we are satisfied with the cocktails, which should be by 9 PM at the latest, we will head over to Carson's in Soulard for additional drinks and karaoke.
If you are only interested in either the distillery or karaoke, feel free to only come to that portion of the evening! I will post in the comments when we make the transition.
On Fridays StilL 630 opens their doors to the public to create a weekly cocktail bar with a new specialty cocktail menu each month featuring the delicious spirits manufactured on site and ingredients mostly from the Soulard Market bought fresh that day. In addition to the unique cocktails that change every month, they also offer tasting flights, traditional cocktails, shot of the month, and straight pours of the liquors. Cocktail prices range in price from $8-12.
They also give monthly samples of their monthly single barrel of Bottled-in-Bond Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey for FREE! This is their journey of bourbons in 2026 exploring the history of the United States to celebrate our country's 250th anniversary.
This event will take place inside the distillery. Normally, the cocktail bar is open from 5 PM til 9 PM but due to the crowds before 7 PM, I have organized us to not bother arriving until 7:15. As stated above, we will probably move on in the evening by 9 PM; watch the comments for group movement updates if you find yourself arriving later! I'm looking forward to sharing drinks with everyone!
