Emancipated Run Crew (ERC) is a community group created to inspire and support Black and Brown runners and walkers of all abilities.
We're passionate about making movement accessible and joyful for everyone - whether you're returning to fitness, starting your wellness journey, or already an experienced runner.
Our members are primarily adults aged 30-50+, and we pride ourselves on creating inclusive spaces that celebrate culture, community, and connection through movement.
