🌿 Strong Roots: Men’s Mental Health Hike 🖤
In honor of Men’s Mental Health Month, we’re creating space for movement, reflection, and meaningful conversation in community.
Join us for a guided hike at Rockland Lake State Park featuring licensed therapist Erskine Alexander, LMSW, who will help facilitate a conversation centered on mental wellness, emotional health, and the importance of connection—especially for Black men.
While this experience centers Black men’s mental health, all are welcome to attend and support the conversation.
