We will need some help with loading of the truck with supplies at 9:30am at 17th and Church. Then we need some folks to meet us at the beach location at 10am to move stuff down to the fire pits and setup our spot. Will also need some help at the end of the event around 9pm moving stuff back to the truck and then unloading back at my place on Church street.
