這是 新竹跑團 – Unwind Run(週二跑)
我們在新竹的週二跑步,是一個專注於放鬆、調整狀態、沒有壓力的輕鬆跑。以舒適配速完成團體跑步,結束後會由教練 Jess 帶領進行 Pilates 課程,幫助大家放鬆與恢復,用更好的身心狀態迎接新的一週。
開放給所有跑者參加——不論是初學者或有經驗的跑者都歡迎。
每個月會有不同主題,課程內容可能包含社交跑、田徑訓練、咖啡跑、爬坡訓練等。不一樣的配速、不一樣的目標,但一樣的能量。

每月第一個週二
我們會與 Nordic Tigon 以及專業教練兼跑者 Thomas 合作,進行結構化田徑訓練。依程度分組:初學者、中階、進階。內容包含暖身、跑步技巧指導,以及運動傷害預防建議。
其餘週二
由我們的隊長 Eason、Jeff 和 Jess 帶領校園輕鬆跑,以舒適配速進行,陪伴大家穩定跑步習慣。

This is the Hsinchu Crew – Unwind Run (Tuesday)
Our Tuesday run in Hsinchu is all about slowing down, resetting, and running without pressure. It’s an easy-paced group run, finishing with a post-run Pilates session led by instructor Jess — a chance to relax, recover, and start your week feeling good both physically and mentally.
Open to all runners — from beginners to experienced.
Each month has a different focus, with sessions that can include social runs, track workouts, coffee runs, and hill training. Different paces, different goals, same energy.

First Tuesday of the Month
We collaborate with Nordic Tigon and professional coach & runner Thomas for a structured track session. Groups are split by level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. Expect warm-ups, running technique tips, and injury prevention guidance.

Campus-based easy runs led by our captains Eason, Jeff, and Jess — here to guide, support, and keep the crew moving at a comfortable pace.
📏 Distance: Usually 6–8K (varies monthly)
