當兩位跑者在跑步時,另外兩位進入恢復休息狀態。當跑者回到起點後,用「接力棒」與隊友交換,然後輪替出發,持續循環。
請發揮創意——襪子、玩偶、掃把、水桶……任何奇怪、有趣、出乎意料的東西都可以。重點是讓它變得好玩、有笑點,也有你們的風格。
六月是我們的 reset 月份——放慢一點、輕鬆一點,一起移動、一起連結,享受沒有壓力的跑步。

Build your own team of 4, choose your loop, and run in pairs.
While 2 runners are on the loop, the other 2 are in recovery mode. When the pair returns, you tag your teammates with a “baton” and switch roles — keeping the rotation going.
The baton cannot be an actual baton.
Get creative — a sock, teddy bear, broom, bucket… anything weird, funny, or unexpected. Make it yours.
June is a reset month — a chance to ease into summer, move together, and enjoy running without pressure.
