- Community is at the center.
     We do our best to value safety and community on all our runs so no one feels left out or left behind. we want you to feel like you are a part of more than a running group, we want you to feel like you are a part of a community.

- We are for all runners
     This space is for all runners. our runners’ paces vary from a 14 minute mile to a 6 minute mile. we are for new runners, and well seasoned runners. we are for all runners.

- We are not professional.
     We often have runners intimidated, shy, or nervous to come run with us. our feed might make us look professional, fast, or cooler than we actually are. but we are just a group of normal people that run for the joy of movement.
