Come and join us on Sunday, June 14th for a very special event!
We are organizing a team scavenger hunt on Lantau Island! Inspired by Flock – a community art project that brings Lantau’s native birds to life through murals – we’ll be running on the island, trying to spot as many of these beautiful birds as possible.
The rules are simple.
Your team needs to follow the Flock Bird Mural Map (link shared upon arrival) showing all the mural locations. You’ll then have two hours to find as many birds as you can. The fastest team that finds the most birds wins a special gift.
Every participant who finishes will receive a small gift, and there will be free face painting/body art by Giggle & Glow on the beach for everyone to enjoy.
All entry fees will be donated to Exchange and Empower. We are raising funds to support their trail running and hiking programs for foreign domestic helpers in Hong Kong.
Important details:
•
This is a fun, family-friendly event – not exclusive to women. Feel free to bring your spouse, kids, friends or running buddies.
•
Each team must have 2 to 4 members.
•
You can register your own team on Heylo - please make sure to mention everyone’s name in the registration details.
•
If you’re coming alone, register yourself and we’ll assign you to a team at the starting line.
•
The team that finds the most birds by cutoff time wins. If there is a tie, the team that arrives first wins.
•
Each team needs to take a selfie with each bird to make it count and present at the finish. All team members must be visible on the photo.
•
Each bird has different number of points - point system will be shared prior to the event.
•
Kids from three years old are welcome to join.
Entry fee:
$150 per adult
$50 per child
Payments will be collected at the start via PayMe, FPS, or cash.
