In the lead-up to the 20K of Brussels and as part of the Garmin Running Hub week, we invite you to one last strength training session before the big race day πŸ’₯ The fundamentals of our Bootyful Monday (warmup / intervals/ functional training) remain unchanged, just exceptionally taking place on a Wednesday, and whether you're racing on Sunday or not, everyone is welcome ❀️
Annelies and El from F45 Brussels will lead you through running intervals combined with functional core strength and conditioning - perfect for both Hyrox and marathon preparation - at the running track of Parc du Cinquantenaire.
And yes... It's completely free! πŸ™Œ
Hyrox is for everybody - it doesn't matter if you're a runner or not, a gym lover or not. Everyone can join in and challenge themselves πŸ’ͺ
