Leave your troubles behind (for a couple hours at least) and join us deep in the relaxing trees of Forest Park for a double-dose of the stress-reducing Ridge Trail 8.0. We'll have 5.4 and 3.5 mile options up for grabs – pick one or pick both for extra stress reductions.
All people, paces and experience levels are welcome - run the hills, hike them, it's up to you. We'll regroup at intersections and hum in harmony.
Running starts at 9:10, after some deep breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth.

Whichever route you pick, we'll start and end all together at the Springville Trailhead :)
Parking can be tight near trailhead, so give yourself a couple extra minutes to find a spot. If you have to park further away, do not stress it – we will wait for you!!
