Mother's Day Sound Meditation

Going

We’re OM LOTUS YOGA — a small, heart-forward yoga and sound‑healing collective led by Beki Pubill. Our offerings center on meditation, sound baths with crystal singing bowls, reiki-infused yoga, and events that invite deep self-inquiry and soulful restoration. We host regular Sunday sound meditations (Sundays at 4 pm at Cosmic Café, Dallas) and occasional masterclasses to refine the art and intention behind our practice. 🪷✨🕉️

Our events blend gentle movement, guided meditation, and intentional sound to help you tune in, excavate the heart, and step more fully into your purpose. We emphasize embodied practice, ritual, and a welcoming, non‑judgmental space for people at any stage of their spiritual journey. Come as you are — we’ll meet you there and hold the container for transformation.
