⛔️ REGISTRATIONS CLOSE at Wednesday, OCT 28th, 8pm. ‼️You will be charged when registration closes. If you ask for a refund before registration closes, read the two sentences prior to this sentence. 🚫 No refund after registration closing. 🚫 No refund for net no-shows after registration closed. (No exceptions) ❌️ If your payment does not go through, heylo will notify you at the moment the app is scheduled to charge your card on file. 🚸 We are LIMITING the number of spots, but we will open up to more teams if we get enough teams (and nets) on the waitlist.
📝 This style of tournament requires even numbers of people who play men's and people who play women's, plus even pool groupings.
‼️PLAYING INSTRUCTIONS:⤵️ • Each person SIGNS UP INDIVIDUALLY and will play with a different partner for each game of pool play. • Every woman plays against every woman, and every man plays against every man in the pool. This means you will not get to play with every person of the opposite gender in your pool. • Players will be seeded to balance pool play. • Players are then RANDOMLY teamed up for bracket play with other players that are in the same bracket. (Silver with silver, gold with gold)
🤤🥪🌯🥤 When pool play is complete, there will be a break for us to organize the brackets and for everyone to eat a quick lunch.
❇️ EVERYONE makes it to bracket play - there will at least be a 🏅PLATINUM, 🥇 GOLD, 🥈 SILVER, & 🥉BRONZE (Maybe Copper) bracket. You will be RANDOMLY partnered, however, it is structured so that men who placed first in a pool will play against men who placed second in a different pool, and similarly set up for the silver bracket. After each round of bracket play, the two teams scheduled to play each other will then SWITCH PARTNERS.
❕️PLAY RULES: Format: Two-person co-ed games, first to 15 pts CAP wins.
💰 $50 per person (General) Early 🐦 $40 | $30 w/net (Sand Augers) (Early reg till October 14th | 8 PM) The entrance fee is used for: ✅️ Drinks ✅️ Catered LUNCH, Food/snacks ✅️ Prizes
🎁 PRIZES: There will be a MASSIVE 🎟 raffle for door prizes. (Optx volleyballs, gift cards, and more!) 😮 Before bracket play begins & 😲 Before Gold bracket finals are played ‼️MUST BE PRESENT to win‼️
⏰️ Tournament schedule: 7:30 - Set Up Nets 8:00 - Check-in at organization’s table • online (G Sheets) (coffee will be available) 8:20 - All nets up❗️ 8:30 - 📢 Presentation & rules 8:45 - Warm-up 9:00 - First serve Round (On Time start) ~10/10:30 - Round 2 New Pool play Start ~11:30/12 - Catered Lunch ~ Raffle Prizes ~ Eliminations

Possible Cancel: 🌬 In case the weather forces us to cancel (for instance, wind > 20mph/raining heavily), you won’t be charged.
✴️ If you or your partner have won Intermediate Gold Division 1st place or ranked in CBVA, you will be moved up to Advance.
🛠 Tournament tool info: ⚠️ This tournament will be running on Google Sheets. The tournament director will post all information on Google Sheet and any relevant information in event chat. ⚠️ Please check your Heylo DM when you sign up, especially the week prior to the tournament date, in case the tournament director needs to contact you. ⚠️ Requests after registration closes may not be fulfilled due to limited available time preparing for the tournament.
