It’s gonna be May! The park is alive with greenery and (hopefully) warmth for us to hit the trails!
We’ll take in about 6 miles of easy Bridle Path, grass and North Woods in Central Park. Followed by the obligatory ☕️ 🥐 treats!

Runners should be comfortable with 10:30 minimum pace.

No need for trail shoes, we won’t get too technical, but wear if ya got em!

The Park has many water stops, but bring hydration if it’s an extra hot or humid day

We run rain or shine (within reason)
