This May, we are weaving Mental Health Awareness Month into our Thursday Night Skates 💛
Many of our community members have shared goals around improving sleep quality, reducing stress, and incorporating more restorative movement into their routines. This meetup is our way of supporting that journey together through movement and intentionally "slowing down."
We’ll start with a beginner/intermediate sunset beach roll before returning to Shefa for a calming breath work cooldown in the studio.

🛼 Route Info
A ~5–6 mile beginner/intermediate beach loop.
We’ll take the beach path down to the Venice Fishing Pier, then return north along the boardwalk before cutting up Hollister Ave to Main St and cruising back to Shefa together.
This route is beginner/intermediate, but skaters should have mastery of stopping and feel comfortable skating in a group environment.
✨ All wheels welcome (roller skates, inline, bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc.)
🎒 Good news: attendees will be able to safely store belongings at the studio during the ride.
