About
A live webinar with Gabriel Ghiglione, Head of Community at Heylo
This session is part of a monthly webinar series co-produced by
Heylo
and the

In this session, Gabriel will walk through the playbook he's used to build leadership teams in over eighteen cities. You'll learn how to think about your co-leaders as cultural architecture, how to recruit them with intention, and how to set the expectations that keep good people engaged and let the wrong fits step down gracefully.
What we'll cover
The difference between volunteers and co-creators, and why it matters
How to choose the right co-leaders
A step-by-step playbook for bringing new leaders into the inner circle before you make the ask
How to set expectations, run check-ins, and build a graceful offboarding culture
