We are starting the day together at 6:30 am in Volksgarten (in between the pond and the ice hockey stadium). ☺️ Well warmed up, we then start the 7-8km distance together.
No need to worry: we always adjust the speed to the level and the daily condition of the GRU.
Super fast GRU: Pace 05:30
Fast GRU: Pace 06:30
No one will be left behind 🥰
🚗 Parking: free parking is available at the ice hockey stadium for 90 min.
