FREE local meetups for HYROX-like workouts at Boston tracks.

Started in July 2024 by Dimensions Physical Therapy which is a HYROX affiliate gym located in East Cambridge, owned by Sarah O'Reilly, DPT.

Sarah and her husband, Jon Holman (not a PT, but a HYROX enthusiast and founder of RoxOpt) started this club to build a local community around something we love doing. All fitness levels are welcomed and we'll help scale any workout! We like being at tracks so everyone can be together while going at their own pace. We bring HYROX equipment as well.

You don't need to be signed up for HYROX races to join, though they are an amazing experience and we recommend it!

Paying club members also get early access to HYROX tickets since we are an affiliate which is a nice perk as USA races are beginning to sell out immediately.


Waiver

Weekly track workouts are always FREE and open to everyone.
As a HYROX affiliate gym, we invest monthly to secure early access to North American race tickets—something we pass along to our paying members as they now sellout immediately.

Use Dimensions PT space as your garage gym- dedicated use for 2 hour slots (must be reserved in advance). Gym includes turf and HYROX Centr sled and rope, sandbags and wall balls (all hyrox division weights), squat rack, barbells, free weights, rower, C2 bike, Peloton treadmill, and recovery area with Normatec boots.

Also includes:
- Early ticket access links (not a guaranteed ticket but much better than waiting for public sale)
- RoxOpt reports for all your HYROX races
- Priority access to one-off events

Work one on one with our trainers to get you in the best Hyrox shape possible! We use our clinic and gym is fully outfitted with Hyrox gear. You will learn various tips needed for success in a Hyrox race.
