109km/1,050 ascent (or 55km and 600m ascent if you want to end half way and take train back in West Malling) Route:

Meet at Crystal Palace from 9:00, we start rolling at 9:15 sharp

11:45 The Food Shed at Spadework, Teston Rd, West Malling ME19 5NA, toilet and snack and refuel stop (approximately 30-45 minutes, then ride all the way to Whitstable with a quick stop on top of the last hill). 15:30 The Lobster Shack, The Harbour EAST QUAY, Whitstable CT5 1AB for late lunch/supper (they have racks and space to lock bikes outside). Please note they work on a first come first serve so there may be a bit of a wait.
