Meet at The South side of Caja Del Rio Plateau on CR 56C (Old Route 66 Route) at 10 am. We'll ride for about 20 mi round trip on backcountry roads towards Tetilla Peak, local canyon view points and old Route 66. Expect a large variation of steepness and surfaces such as sandy, rocky, muddy, etc.
Rating: Easy (80%) to Intermediate (20%) Total mileage: approximately 20 mi Total elevation gain: less than 1,000' Surface: gravel&sand, sometimes rocky (various sizes) Bike recommended: Mountain/E MTB or Gravel bike Tire size recommended: tubeless 50mm to 2.4"

This is a ride for folks that are somewhat fit and have experience riding on such complex dirt surface.
Be sure to bring water&snacks, a warm layer and/or wind breaker and fix a flat tools including a working pump and spare inner tube. Any precipitation 1-2 days prior or the day of this outing cancels the ride due to muddy conditions.
