We’re Fort Bend Mental Health — a local, volunteer-led hub focused on promoting mental wellness and preventing suicide in Fort Bend County. Our work includes community education, trainings, outreach, and events that help reduce stigma and connect people to resources and compassionate support. 💜🌞🎉

We do that by reaching Neighbors. 

When someone is stuck or struggling, it’s often difficult for them to recognize a need for care and access it alone. So, we advocate for awareness, educate our Neighbors, or connect them to care and to one another
