The Alpine Run Project is a youth community that explores the great outdoors through the sport of Trail Running. Changing lives, one trail at a time!

The programme is 6-months in duration, starting in April and finishing in September 2026. Rooted in four core pillars, ARP is designed to:

🌿 Support physical & mental wellbeing by building strength, resilience and healthy habits through movement
🤝 Build community by creating a space where young people feel seen and supported
🧠 Develop confidence & mindset by pushing boundaries, stepping outside comfort zones and unlocking potential
🌍 Foster connection to nature by exploring the outdoors and building a deeper relationship with the natural world
🌟 Provide access to trail races and experiences across the UK & Europe for young people from inner cities
