A 7km run around Fryent Country Park near Wembley. A large open space with grazing fields and wooded slopes. Woodland trails should be dry in May. Road shows will be fine.
This will be an easy-paced looped run led by BTR Co-Founder, Leader and qualified running coach Sonny Peart. We run as a group, with plenty of pauses. No pressure to go fast. Nobody gets left behind, with topping and tailing for faster runners who want to push themselves a little harder. Suitable for those new to trail running, as well as experienced trail runners.
We start and finish at Kingsbury Underground Station (Jubilee Line). Opportunity for coffee and cake after the run.
