BAG DROP + RALLY 7:00 PM - clubhouse @ STACKT COMMUNITY ACTIVATION 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM with our partner Benefiber Canada๐ŸŒฟ BOOTCAMP RUN from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
BOOT CAMP RUN Our warm up and cool down will be led by wellness and fitness creator Lauren Martha before and after the run. We will run 5km with 3 stops for bodyweight exercises. We run as a crew. The speed racers at the front can throw in a couple of burpees or sit-ups every couple of kilometres to wait for the others. This is our bootcamp run that allows everyone to challenge themselves. If that's not for you, no hard feelings!

ENERGY = MIDNIGHT RUNNERS tearing up the 6ix!
PACE We run at a social pace - and all we ask is that you are able to run (not walk!) 5km comfortably. Our community is full of runners at different paces. Our cut off is a 7min/km pace (if you're slower than that, you're walking not running).
BAG DROP There will be a bag drop available at clubhouse @ STACKT market.
POST RUN DRINKS + SOCIAL (Bring $!)
