5K Group Run (outdoors, ~6:30 min/km pace):
• warm-up
• relaxed, social run (all levels welcome)

Ice Bath Session (3–7°C):
• breathwork beforehand to prepare
• calming breathwork during the plunge

Lace up, breathe deep, and dive in ❄️
Important notes:
• Bring running shoes, sportswear & a towel
• Arrive early — doors open 10 mins before start
• After the run, please shower at the studio before we plunge together
• You only pay for the ice bath — the run is free as a community add-on
