Now that spring is finally here, join us for social trail run in Grunewald to see whether the Easter Bunny has left any Easter eggs behind!
Starting from Heerstr. S-Bahn station, we're heading out into the Murellenschlucht before looping back to Grunewald for a bit of elevation on the classic Teufelsberg & Drachenberg climbs, finishing at Adiks Café near our starting point. There is also an early exit option for a shorter route (13km in total).
After the run, we can refuel together with carbohydrates at Adiks Café.
All fitness levels welcome but come prepared for trail conditions. Pace will vary with terrain.

18km out and back (13km for early exit)
•

•

2 to 2.5 hours
•
start/finish: Adiks Café near Heerstrasse S-Bahn
•
post-run: carbohydrates at Adiks Café (cash only, no toilets available)
GOOD TO HAVE:
•
be comfortable with running continuously for 2.5+ hours
•
trail running shoes or shoes with good grip
•
water (minimum 500ml)
•
cash for Adik's Cafe - no card payment!!!
