Mondays are all about conditioning, not about miles. We start with high intensity interval training and end with an interval run.
We stay in one area and run repetitions of 200-800 meters with recovery breaks between reps.
If you're a new runner you'll take it slow, conditioning your body for longer running. If you're an intermediate or advanced runner you'll work on your speed and developing your fast twitch muscles.
