Over the past several months, I have treated and met so many runners dealing with pain in their achilles. Understanding the anatomy, tendon behavior, and the body’s response to the injury is a key component of recovery.
During this workshop, you will learn about:
🏃♀️Anatomy of the area and how that plays into injury risk as a runner
🏃🏾♀️Self-assessment of mobility and strength.
🏃🏽♂️Baseline exercises and appropriate progressions to keep you healthy as a runner.
