Over the past several months, I have treated and met so many runners dealing with pain in their achilles. Understanding the anatomy, tendon behavior, and the body’s response to the injury is a key component of recovery.
During this workshop, you will learn about:
🏃‍♀️Anatomy of the area and how that plays into injury risk as a runner
🏃🏾‍♀️Self-assessment of mobility and strength.
🏃🏽‍♂️Baseline exercises and appropriate progressions to keep you healthy as a runner.

FREE INJURY SCREENS: 12:15-1:15pm following the workshop First come first serve

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring your running shoes.
Waivers will be provided at the time of the workshop and must be signed in order to participate.
